What's included in the pick & pack fee?
The $1.50 pick & pack fee includes picking the first item from your inventory, packing it in a standard box or poly mailer, generating the shipping label, and handing it off to the carrier. Additional items in the same order are $0.50 each.
Are there any setup fees?
No. We don't charge any setup fees, onboarding fees, or integration fees. You only pay for the services you use.
Are there storage and receiving fees?
Storage and receiving fees are custom-quoted based on your inventory size and volume. We'll work through those details during your onboarding call to keep things simple and fair.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are passed through at our negotiated carrier rates, which are typically 10-20% below retail. We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to get you the best rates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We don't lock you into long-term contracts. You can cancel with 30 days notice, and we'll help you transition your inventory out smoothly.
